Our incense sticks have different burn times depending on the size:
11-inch sticks: about 50–60 minutes
19-inch sticks: about 4–5 hours

Can I return the incense sticks?
Yes — we do accept returns on incense sticks as long as the product is more than 90% unused and returned in its original condition.
